solve(), roots(), FindRoot() doesn't like if() function.
However, they can solve when cases() used instead of if().

At worst 4/5 decimals.
Always start true Bolean #≤# ...
often won't complain incomplete #<#
From recollection, only DeBoor needs incomplete.

IMHO, its logical solving piece wise discontinuous,
solve piece wise as well for productive classroom.
