Hello, I'm searching for some function like match(z, A)(Looks in a vector or matrix, A, for a given value, z, and returns the index (indices) of its positions in A) in Mathcad.
I will appreciate any kind of help.

There is no such function in the function list. Therefore, we could make a user defined one. I hope this will get the job done.

findrows from Smath menu f(x) may just be what you need.
Truncate the matrix/vector to avoid residuals smaller than 10^-15
For more complicated investigation, visit Samples Find Index
posted few days ago ... lot more involved.

findrows has limited use unless for specific end use wrt Bolean '0'
For long square/rectangular matrix, better use the assisted code.
