Here is an updated handbook page of the function SetCurrencyUnits().

In the current state, there seem to be some problems (filed as Bugreport SS-4686:
- SetCurrencyUnits(2) doesn't display the exchange rates
- The base unit must be specified as an undefined variable name. Units (even not the units defined by the plugin) or strings don't work.
- Russian rubles (RUR) seem to be missing.
