You can have it shaded in all web colors as well.
I didn't add the arrows ... The two circles could
be done unicolor via rkfixed.

Hola Carlos.

Beside Jean's random hatch, you can also fill a region with brute force algorithms, or using CreateMesh, with some restrictions (Origin must to be inside the region).
