Input String Was Not in Correct Format - Function Error - Messages

Please see attached calculation. My programming ability is regrettably not very good. I receive the error "Input string was not in a correct format". I'm not exactly sure what that means. My guess is that the program is expecting and integer and I am giving it text or something like this. However I'm not sure if this means input into the function or input into some equation I used. I first thought this was due to the text in one of the input matrices but I don't believe it is. Any clarification is appreciated.
Also are there other tools that I can use to try and locate where the first instance of an error is being thrown?

Maybe I posted too quickly. There are multiple Errors. The best way for me was to take pieces out of the function and test them.
