Can't work with EFI plugin.
Last EFI build is experimental. I will remove it. I asked Andrey to check one bug.

I see that the following plug-ins handles 0 (zero) functions now:
- efi
- dislin
- matlab c++
- octave c++
- probe properties
Regarding efi: I'm looking at the issue right now.

Prode Properties: You need to install Prode first. The plugin is just a wrapper.
Matlab C++ Math Library: For x32 only, but I have one idea how to make x64 support available.
Mathcad EFI: Also only for x32, but it is possible to make x64 support.
DISLIN: The library itself has recently been updated. I will try to update the plugin by changing the way the functions are loaded.
Octave C++ Math Library: Also only 32-bit Octave library exists.

Hi everyone
I'm struggling with installation, unfortunately there is some error that I can't solve. I checked .NET Framework, try to reboot but it appears everytime. I'm working on Win 10 x64 ver. 1809

Is there somebody who might have an idea how to resolve it?
Older versions of SMath also struggles with the same problem ;/
Thanks for help
