String Join - Does it act as intended? - Messages

According to code it should throw a "string exception" for vector.
But, as you can see, it doesn't. Am I mistaken here?
Or did this function coded as it should be?

Try to use And (&&) operator instead of Or (||). These kinds of questions are best asked by the debugger.
