I think it already came out, but how do I make the numbers that are almost 0 not appear as 2.72 * 10 ^ -17?

Add a check for every element if they are lower than something.
And if they are, make them zero.

That is cases(), it is in Custom Functions plugin.
I would prefer to write your algorithm like attached.
It is just my preference by the way.
