For your data set D ... 3 options:
1. Smath ainterp, cinterp ...integrate/solve(4)/zap derivative.
2. Mathcad l_p_c implemented Smath [1rst derivative, integration]
3. Thiele Smath ... symbolic derivative, integration.
If you have interest in methods [2,3] I will attach.
Since nearly ~ two weeks, Smath Studio can't be downloaded.
Replaced by Smath Solver ... a damned crippled version.

We must use one numeric not symbolic method!
Using maple, you can try to use a maple "component" or a maple plot, which gives more flexible access to maple structured functions.
Also, there are some numerical procedures for pde's in Maxima.
Notice that in Mathcad the border conditions for δT(x,t)/δx are not considered for obtain the solution.

With SMath, you can try to adjust the curve choosing good guess values in the yellow vector.
