Volume units not cancelling out on Windows 7 - Cubic inches and gallons do not resolve - Messages

On windows 7 volume in cubic inches does not resolve with volume in gallons. Both units are shown in the result. This does not happen on Windows 10. Both are running build 7005.

ONE US gallon = 231 in³
ONE UK gallon = 277 in³
