Доброго времени суток!
В этой версии по прежнему двигать свернутые области нельзя?
Когда то было можно и это было удобно.

Issue with Unicode you are talking about not fixed yet.

Когда то было можно и это было удобно.

Да, пока что мышью двигать свёрнутые области нельзя - с ними было много известных проблем, а потому их перемещение было решено пока отключить.
