Generally we have no problem Animation, so much was done.

Support Color (background color of region)
When moving/positioning regions by keyboard; have the region 'skip' over a collapsed area (currently goes INTO the collapsed area (even when locked))
Support Indentation for nested regions.
Have graphics on the bottom of a region compliment the top:

instead of:
