Hi there,

is it possible to get exact point of functions intersection in Smath somehow? I have simply linear and constant function.

There are more opportunities: without the use of plugins, for example, you can use the function or the method of inversion of the matrix.

Thanks!

What with quadratic or higher function?

The method 2, of course, no; the method 1 yes, but get only one solution.
You can also use the internal function, "solve", or the plugins.
Search on the forum the plugins "nonlinearsolvers" and "maxima". Allow to extend the solution of nonlinear equations (reading the discussions can also highlight some limitations highlighted by users).

Read the first example carefully. 'solve' is inaccurate on long range
but the initial is good enough to reduce the brackets. Wise to check
with accurate 'Dichotomy'.

"roots" is a great solving companion:
solve explicit & solve general intersection.
