I am doing something that seems fairly simple but I get no result. What am I missing?

As said in the reference book: "Cannot solve for variables with units."

I read the German handbook by Dr. Martin Kraska and on page 109 he states that Solve() can deal with units which would be a major advantage over solve(). Anyway, if I delete the units the error persists so I think the units are not the cause.

Thanks! Of course it makes more sense with a coefficient in Ohm/V and we must select the positive solution:
