I see five parameters for page setup:
&[DATE]
&[TIME]
&[FILENAME]
&[PAGENUM]
&[COUNT]

Are there any others?

same question here. I would like to access the author field in file properties but &[AUTHOR] is not recognized...

My preference goes for "Author Name" in the abstract.
Have it as well in the page setup, like this:
jmGiraud: &[PAGENUM] / &[COUNT]
