there is no option in the menu for "else"
how do I add "else"?

To add conditions, inside one of the if placeholders (the black squares) type the argument separator (usually is the semicolon ; or the comma , ).

Press it multiple times to add multiple if/else conditions. Use the backspace to remove cases.
