In this work sheet, we zoom 3 items:
1. The "Persian Carpet" is simply computed and zoomed as is.
2. "Damier" [Chess board], will create a default file,
C:\SmathFile, that you manage otherwise. It will demonstrate
DownSampling and fraction DownSampling.
3. "Tea Pot" image, you will have to install yourself for
testing integer upsampling, down sampling, fractional.

DownSampling is often useful from web screen capture,
mostly Edu. stuff ....
