I can only remove the blue lines by making them white.
Is this my defect or the SMath defect?

You make your plot a segment of lines by using augment(X;Y).
Make every element individual if you want them as dots.

You can set the line color of any trace (input object) to transparent:

When it is possible, I would only use 2D plot.
X-Y plot is superior, but most times not needed.
