I'm an mechanical engineer dealing with many different design layout problems.

Request #1:
A I often have to do is displaying internal force systems alont a part. Though the given functions are just piecewise defined and the trailing variable is starting every time new.
Up to now I do the graphing "by hand" in just defining the results point to point .... Woould be nice to get a more easier way to do so ...

Request #2:
Is'nt it possible to intergate the XY-Plot plugin and enhance it a little bit in
- giving it a more friendly GUI for modifying the way of displaying the results
- giving it the possibility to draw an vector-array (4xn) like
(V1x.start, V1y.start, V1x.end, V1y.end
V2x.start, V2y.start, V2x.end, V2y.end
.....)

Request #3:
Sometimes I need to display 3D-Surfaces and Vectors. The scope of doing so in SMath are very litte, so it would be great to improve it!

Hope that I'm not the only one who is in need of those things ...

Have you tried creating a piecewise function, and later plotting that?

On page 3 there are two "Bereiche" where there are different functions for the bending gear Mb and below that there is a Diagramm...
