This happens because you are facing an experimental formula with implicit units.
Here, as per definition, f.ck must be entered in [MPa], B and H in [mm], and then the result is returned in [N]; if you do a dimensional analysis, this could work only because the "magic numbers" 100 and/or 0.12 have implicit units.
To make it work in SMath, you have to divide f.ck by the expected input unit and multiply the formula for the expected output unit.

P.S. If I multiply it by N/mm2 I get the N result because of the B and H being in mm.
