[Moderator] The description can be of any form. You can specify a list of functions, a link to the source code, examples.
I would suggest a sticky describing how to submit plugins for consideration and how to update existing plugins.
I have updated my WizFunctions to SMath 0.96. It can read data from a comma delimited file based on a keyword search. It can also store and retreave data from an INI file so data can be shared between pages.
But not sure how I should post it.

Contact Andrey to obtain the credentials and the links to upload your plugin in the gallery.

I was able to upload the updated source code to the SVN. But how do they get into the Registered Extensions? Also I found your plugins page on the wike which was helpful. I added a bit more explaination.

I've seen 
The SVN is not related with the Gallery that uses an independant interface and authorization credentials. Andrey will provide to you an username and a password for that area. To avoid spam and maybe worst things, I can't post here or on the wiki the links
