Greetings, I would like to please if someone has knowledge and could help me. I will highlight a series of steps I did to describe my problem:
1) I install the Maxima pluggin
2) I downloaded and installed the Maxima program
3) When I go to the Insert - Maxima - Setting section (to link both programs) I get these notes that I publish in images and one video





And here I leave a few seconds of my attempt

The box say: The entry point of the CancelWaitableTimer procedure in the api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll dynamic link library is not found

And from then on every time I try to do this process SMath just hangs, apparently it does not find the .bat file but it stays there.
Anybody else that has had the same thing happen to them? or that can help me to find a solution? any comment will be helpful.

I really need to use this pluggin but I can't access to its potential tools.
Anyone who can help me? or give me some advice? thanks a lot for your help

Hi. I don't know if this solve your problem, but 'maxima.bat' should be under the 'bin' directory of the maxima instalation, not directly in the maxima folder ('maxima-5.46' in your case)
