Can I change the result, fx.

a:=1,2345*10^6

a=1234500

as it is now it will stay like this

a=1,2345*10^6

Hello,

You can do this for the particular example. Use Tools=>Options=>Calculation/Decimal places - put 6 decimal places. Then you will have:
[MATH=eng]a←1.2345*10^6[/MATH]
[MATH=eng]a=1234500[/MATH]
But pay attention that from now on you will have 6 decimal places for real numbers.
[MATH=eng]b←1000/3[/MATH]
[MATH=eng]b=33.333333[/MATH]
Although you can change it in the desired exponential format.
[MATH=eng]b=333.333333@#[/MATH]
Make the region active and klick into the placeholder to the right. Put there, say, 10^2. Then you will have
[MATH=eng]b=3.333333@10^2[/MATH]

I think this is about all you can do concerning the representing numbers with fixed and floating decimal point.

Radovan
