After upgrading from version (7610) to version (7808), a Data Exchange add-on error appeared in my calculation sheets. The message "Directory doesn't exist" started appearing. I have no idea why this is happening.
In previous versions of SMath everything worked fine.

Hi Davide, could you please repair the function fwrite()?
There is a bug with creating the file name. Instead of
doing a single name it creates a bunch of nested catalogs.
Instead of creating a file fir_2.27b it makes ..\fir\005f\2\002e\27b.

Yep. Currently if a function get or returns a text string and you experience an issue it is because text encoding not managed in the plugin. I'll make a function-by-function revision before releasing the updated plugin.
