Login problems - I tried to recover my password or change it but couldn't able to do that. - Messages

Dear Administrators,

My username is: salmant (salmant@hotmail.com) but I am unable to restore or recover my password even though I get the confirmation keys and tried to change password but it does not take effect.

Let me know how can I solve this ?
