Smath in the Cloud login issue - The website does not recognize my credentials - Messages
#1 Posted: 5/2/2020 7:28:55 AM
Hello everyone,
sometimes I would like to use the cloud version, but I am discouraged by the fact that the website does not recognize my credentials and I am forced to retrieve them every time.
I have the password saved in the browser, so I don't think I'm wrong.
Has it ever happened to anyone?
Thanks.

From recollection in 5 years, only one cloud version was
published in the Forum. As not executable, the trick was simple:
copy the cloud work sheet, paste in virgin resident Smath.

AFAIK the cloud rely on a different database, you have to register there to access it.
Same applies to BTS, SVN and wiki as well

It is correct. Note: if you are using the same logins for different apps within the domain it may be a bit tricky for browser to automatically suggest you correct passwords.
Best regards.

Thanks Andrey,
but the issue was still present before I had registered my account on the forum...
