How to reproduce:

Open a file with text regions with hyperlinks in it.

Do not modify anything, just follow a link using Ctrl-Click

Instead of just switching to the target file, a save dialog pops up
This is annoying in the case that nothing has been changed and you just want to browse through a network of interlinked files.
