Mouse actions for a hyperlink region with link target (consistent to firefox key bindings)

Click: follow link, replacing the current document

Ctrl-Click: follow link in new document in the same instance of SMath Studio

Shift-Click: follow link in new instance
Hyperlink regions can be embedded in text regions now but they launch a new smath instance when clicked. Thus browsing a set of interlinked pages is tedious.
