I propose /DECIMALSYMBOL/ and /ARGUMENTSEPARATOR/ (or alternative names such as /DS/ /AS/) as special characters for localization-aware formatting of variables' names.
Input should be driven by some dedicated keyboard shortcut (maybe we can add them in a "Fields" toolbox as well).
In this way a serialized variable f.ctk/AS/0/DS/05 would be rendered automatically in accordance of the localization settings.
