Scaled and rotated 3D plot

 Description

I came across a strange bug in 0.99.6671.38791 and 0.98.5935.13216 versions with 3d plotting. In both versions the plot got rotated and scaled, but with different magnitudes.

The attached sheet demonstrates the bug.
