toolbox matrix dialog doesn't returns data

This isn’t cosmetic—it’s a blocker. If the Toolbox Matrix dialog doesn’t return data to the canvas, the feature is effectively broken. Repro steps need locking, then fix the data-binding/output event. Until that’s resolved in SMath Studio, matrix insertion via UI is unreliable. https://mapsdirectionsdriving.com/

Could it be related to specific OS or language settings? Do you need me to provide a sample file or a short screen recording?

Yes, still happens... few times but I can trigger it; some sort of focus issue, but I wasn't able to find a cause. When it happen, the region is drawn as focused, but has some issues (see screenshot below).

Please confirm issue is still exists. I've tried on different environments, but Insert Matrix dialog works Ok for me (from both: Toolbox and Main menu).
