Vacuum permittivity has wrong unit

 Description

Vacuum permittivity has wrong unit at least on portable version. 

Unit is Farad but it sould be Farads/meter.

Actually I just noticed that it was my self asigned variable and not software's internal.

SMath has magnetic constat asignet to µ_0 so I think vacuun permittivity should be there too.
