[German units] Year unit missing

 Description

6654:

Year is masked out by use of a for Ar, which was ar in earlier versions. You can't even access year via unit dialog.

This has perhaps been introduced when fixing SS 3519 (though change of ar to a was not requested)

Proposal: use 'ar for ar as it used to be.

yes. It is ok ('ca is extremly uncommon though).  BTW, should we attach images to posts instead of pasting them directlly into the editor?
