always on top vs child windows

When "always on top" feature is selected, child windows (options, extensions, reference book, ...) are hidden behind the main window; if the main window size is bigger than those windows the only way to keep working is to use ALT+F4 (or kill the whole application from task manger, if you forget about that command)
