 Description

I'm sure this is an installation problem.  I just installed the latest version of Smath (today is Mar 12, 2016) for Windows.   Installation went well, but when I launched it I got the Windows error message "Unhandled Exception has occurred".

Is it possible that Smath is for 32-bit Windows onl   I'm using Windows 7 Home & Student 64-bit.

Hello, Jack. Thank you for this report.

SMath Studio supports 64-bit systems. I'm developing and using it on 64-bit Win 8.1 on x64 based processor. I've never saw error you observed.

To start debugging I need to know what exact version of SMath Studio you've tried to install. Is this was the first time you installed SMath Studio on this PC (meaning did you have previous SMath Studio versions installed there)? If it was application upgrade, did you use any third-party plug-ins for SMath Studio?

Is it possible for you to reproduce this error? Could you please do print screen of the error message?

I will do my best to investigate and fix this problem asap.

Thanks in advance!
