Hessian() from Nonlinear Solvers and diff() from Maxima are not compatible

 Description

If the diff() function is taken over by Maxima, the function Hessian() gives wrong results.

I don't know which of the involved plugins is to blame for that.

Update: Not relevant any more in Maxima SVN 2418 because of no Takeover.
