ImageRegion: Contents does not show up when file is opened

 Description

If the attached file is opened in SMath 0.97.5283, then the image region does not show it's contents. You need to click the region and then the canvas in order to make the contents appear.

Similar problem after edit: Image is updated only after the region is left and activated again.

This problem does not appear in 5189

The image contents shows up automatically only after the first math region with actual calculation.
