Automated Table of Contents

 Description

Provide an automated talbe of contents. Possibliy using some sort of text feature or highlight text boxes to select their hierarchy in the table of contents. Page numbers would also format automatically.

As a first step towards this a "hyperlink" to a region of the same document (eg page 3) could be created, as there are already a few hyperlink plugins to external documents.
